Happy New Year to the one or two people who might actually be reading this. I am working on my list of resolutions for 2010. I am also thinking about movies I have seen and books I have read in 2009. Well, mostly I am looking forward to seeing Jackson on Sunday and to Las Vegas in two weeks.
I am listening to my favorite mix of music … Howlin Wolf, Paul McCartney, Steve Winwood, and Peter Gabriel. But I wish for my family and friends a happy, healthy and prosperous 2010!

Silly? She was outright MEAN!
Do you know what she did?
She would take pictures when I would do our traditional New Year’s Polar Bear Club Swim.
I got into the FREEZING water and then she wanted me to COMPLETELY submerge!
And then she kept yelling: “Stay down, stay down, stay down”
(Did I mention the water was FREEZING?)
Until I noticed SHE WASN’T TAKING ANY PICTURES!!!
I got out and jumped into the already running hot shower and asked her what that was all about, and she said “I just wanted to see how long you could stay down!”
